Join us for the 2023 Fine Arts Week starting April 24th! All are welcome to visit the Anna Eaton Stout Art Gallery to view the art prepared by local artists and Brescia University students, faculty, and staff. There is something in the gallery each, ending with an installation featuring local art from Daviess County art teachers so be sure to stop by!
Monday, April 24th
BU Faculty/Staff Exhibit closes at 2 pm. Photo class to install their classic photo recreation with a short essay in the Anna Eaton Stout Art Gallery (AESAG) in C.E. Field Center for Professional Studies. The exhibit is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday until 2 pm.
Tuesday, April 25th
6:30 pm Reception in the AESAG.
7:00 – 8:30 pm, Duffy Hall, in C.E. Field Center for Professional Studies, the Art and Cinema class presents, “Hollywood Screening: 1-minute recreations of classic film scenes.”
Wednesday, April 26th
The photo class classic recreations exhibit closes at 2 pm
Thursday, April 27th
7:00 pm, Taylor Lecture Hall, Science Building. Band and Choir Concert.
Friday, April 28th
6:00 pm Reception, The Art Department is celebrating “Teacher Appreciation Month,” with artwork of Daviess County art teachers in the AESAG,
C.E. Field Center for Professional Studies.
This exhibit runs from April 28th – May 21.
