Assessments and Career Exploration
Holland Code
The Holland Codes is a system to classify jobs into job categories, interest clusters, or work personality environments. In the Holland Model, these categories represent work personalities.
The assessment asks you to identify your skills by reflecting on your personal accomplishments, classroom performance in various subjects, previous jobs or volunteer positions held, and feedback you receive from others. Skills play a critical role in career development.
Take the short Skills Matcher assessment at Careeronestop. Then, visit Onet skills search and filter skills by Typical Education to explore related careers to your specific Holland Code.
