How to Register a Student Organization

Starting a new club or organization at Brescia University is easy and an excellent opportunity to shape the campus community. Here’s how you can get started:

  1. Gather Interest: Find at least five interested students who share your vision.
  2. Secure an Advisor: Identify a faculty or staff member willing to serve as your organization’s advisor.
  3. Create a Constitution: Draft a constitution outlining your club’s mission, structure, and operating procedures.
  4. Submit an Application: Complete the Student Organization Registration Form, available through the Student Government Association.
  5. Approval Process: Your application will be reviewed by the Student Government Association and Assistant Dean of Students. Upon approval, your organization will gain access to campus resources, funding opportunities, and promotional support.
