Distance Learning Complaint Process for Out-of-State Students
Brescia University desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Students residing outside of the state of the Commonwealth of Kentucky while attending BU who desire to resolve a grievance should follow the University’s student grievance procedure. However, if an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with your state.

- Iowa : If an Iowa student is a member, or the spouse of a member if the member has a dependent child, of the National Guard or reserve forces of the United States of America who is ordered to military service or federal service of duty, Brescia University with work with the student’s instructors for course grades, or for incompletes that shall be completed by the student at a later date. The student’s registration shall remain intact and tuition and mandatory fees shall be assessed for the courses in full.
