Brescia University commemorates Constitution Day on Thursday, September 15 by hosting attorneys Charlie Kamuf, Sr. and Charlie Moore. Kamuf and Moore will offer a presentation open to the public at 1 pm in the Board Room/Art Gallery on 14th Amendment.
