PA 623: Medical History and Physical Examination III

In this course, students will build upon the foundational knowledge and skills acquired in previous Medical History and Physical Examination courses to conduct thorough physical exams and medical histories. Students will focus on the appropriate use of diagnostic equipment and techniques essential for performing comprehensive physical assessments. The curriculum will cover the abdominal, neurological, and musculoskeletal examinations. Students will develop and enhance the clinical practice skills necessary to effectively assess patients across various medical specialties. As a longitudinal course, it runs concurrently with the system courses through the didactic phase of the program.
