Brescia University announced today that it will freeze undergraduate tuition rates for the 2027-2028 academic year, reinforcing the University’s commitment to providing an accessible, affordable, and high-quality education for students and families.
The decision, approved by the University’s Board of Trustees during its fall meeting, means undergraduate tuition will remain unchanged for the upcoming academic year. The tuition freeze provides greater financial certainty for students and families as they navigate the rising costs of higher education and everyday expenses.
“Students and families are facing real challenges. We know many are concerned about affordability, financial aid, and the overall cost of earning a degree,” said Madison Silvert, President of Brescia University. “We hear what students and families are telling us, and we’re responding with action. By freezing undergraduate tuition, we are reaffirming our commitment to keeping a life-changing education within reach.”
The tuition freeze reflects Brescia’s ongoing focus on affordability, value, and student success while maintaining the personalized educational experience. “They want an education that prepares them for a successful future, and they want a return on the investment they’re making. As Brescia offers one of the best ROIs in the state, we are proud to offer both,” said Silvert
Students attending Brescia during the 2027-28 academic year will continue to benefit from small class sizes, individualized faculty support, hands-on learning experiences, and a close-knit campus community, all while paying the same undergraduate tuition rate as the previous year.
“Our mission calls us to remove barriers whenever possible,” said Susan Montalvo-Gesser, Chair of the Brescia Board of Trustees. “Knowing the economic pressures facing students and families, we chose to freeze undergraduate tuition in order to give more individuals access to the transformative power of higher education,” she said.
“Brescia has always been committed to offering an exceptional education at an affordable cost. Freezing tuition for next year is a great way to honor that commitment to our students,” said Chris Houk, Senior Vice President for Enrollment Management.
