The internship experience gives students an opportunity to integrate theory and practice by working in a supervised professional setting. During the chosen internship, designed in collaboration with a CS faculty sponsor and the Career Services Office, students enrolled will be individually supervised by faculty who will guide the student’s experience to maximize learning. The course will be offered to students during the academic year of their junior year and the summer and first semester of their senior year. To earn one (1) credit hour, student must complete forty (40) hours of field work.
