The federally funded Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship program provides scholarships to academically talented high school seniors and GED recipients who show promise of continued excellence in postsecondary education. Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarships are awarded up to $1500 per year for a total of four years. (Award amounts are contingent upon federal funding). Students interested in applying for the Robert C.
