The Associate of Arts in Graphic Design is a focused, two-year program that covers the fundamental skills students need for any type of design media as well as basic software skills. Students learn to use the Adobe Suite of creative software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash and InDesign. This combination of range and experience results in a marketable skill set that is directly applicable to a variety of careers.
As part of the BUonline associate program in graphic design, students are challenged to find creative solutions to a variety of client needs. The skills students develop, along with the portfolio they create as part of the final practicum course, make them an asset in the workplace.
