Brescia University to Host the Fourth Event of the St. Ann Visiting Writers Series

Brescia University will host the fourth event of the St. Ann Visiting Writers Series on November 8th at 7:00 PM in the Little Theatre located in Bartholomy-Taylor Hall.  This installment of the series will be a Craft Coffee Workshop with authors Jessica Easto and Andreas Willhoff.  The event is offered at no cost and is open to the public. 

Jessica Easto received a degree in journalism from the University of Tennessee and an MFA in creative writing from Southern Illinois University. Her writing has appeared in the Chicago Tribune, Gapers Block, and more. She has been brewing craft coffee at home for more than eight years. https://www.jessicaeasto.com/craft-coffee.html

Andreas Willhoff is the director of education at Halfwit Coffee Roasters and the director of operations at The Wormhole, a Chicago craft coffee shop that has been recognized by Food & Wine, Sprudge.com, Fresh Cup, and CNN.com, among other places. http://www.andreaswillhoff.com

Brescia University’s Creative Writing department will be hosting the series of readings and lectures by a variety of nationally recognized and acclaimed authors and poets throughout the fall and spring semesters.  The final series for this semester will be held December 6, 2018 , and will feature Brescia University’s own Brooks Rexroat, Katie Mullins (Evansville, IN), and Andrew McFadyen-Ketchum (Columbus, OH).

All events will take place on Thursdays at 7:00PM in Brescia University’s Little Theatre located Bartholomy-Taylor Hall.
