Kentucky College Access Program

This program is designed to help Kentucky students attend Kentucky schools. CAP grants are awarded to Kentucky residents who are enrolled either part-time or full-time in academic programs that take at least two years to complete. To qualify for this grant program, the total expected family contribution (EFC) toward the student’s educational expenses can’t exceed $3,850. To apply, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Kentucky Tuition Grants

The Kentucky Tuition Grant program provides need-based grants to qualified Kentucky residents who attend Kentucky colleges. This program is designed to assist students with higher education costs and enable them to continue their education. To apply, complete the FAFSA.

Paul D. Everman Fund for Lifetime Learning Kentucky Farm Bureau Logo

This scholarship awards up to $3,000 to Kentucky residents who are at least 23 years old. To qualify you must be pursuing a four-year degree at any accredited Kentucky college or university. Applicants must be a member of the Kentucky Farm Bureau. This scholarship is applied to tuition only.

Kentucky Business Society Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students who are pursuing a business or business-related program and who are enrolled either part-time or full-time. Applicants must meet a cumulative GPA requirement and submit a written statement and two letters of recommendation. The Kentucky Business Society awards scholarships in the amounts of $500 and $250.

Kentucky Association of Professional Surveyors

This organization awards several scholarships to Kentucky students. Amounts range from $750 to $1,500. Applicants are chosen based on their answers to application questions, financial need and previous academic record.

Robert E. Thomas Memorial Scholarship

This award was created in 2000 and is awarded in amounts up to $1,000. Applicants must submit a 200- to 300-word essay that outlines their career goals and why they are deserving of the scholarship. Up to 10 scholarships are awarded each year.

Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants KY CPA Logo

This organization offers several scholarships for future accounting students. Awarded amounts range from $1,000 to $2,500. The scholarship recognizes scholastic achievement and leadership in students who plan to become CPAs. Awarded amounts are based on academic performance and financial need. Applicants must attend or be planning to attend a Kentucky institution of higher learning to pursue an accounting degree.

Women Leading Kentucky Scholarships

These scholarships are awarded in amounts of $1,500. Applicants must be undergraduate students in Kentucky. The minimum GPA requirement is 3.0 or higher. You must also complete a 300-word essay that addresses your leadership qualities on campus and in the community, as well as your future goals.
