I am originally from Owensboro, KY and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History at Transylvania University.  This is my eighth year in Admissions at Brescia University, where I’ve been an Admissions Counselor, aka “Road Warrior,” the visit program coordinator, and now responsible for more of the day-to-day operations.  Brescia has become a second home for me and the people here have become my second family.  My favorite thing about Brescia isn’t tangible — it’s our community.  I love that when I walk across campus, I get a smile and a “hello” from everyone I see.  The “feel” of our campus is why I encourage any student considering Brescia to schedule a visit to see if it we’re the right fit for you.

In my spare time, you’ll likely catch me reading and I love anything music, movie, or tv related – I’m a pop culture trivia fanatic!  I sincerely look forward to working with you throughout the college admissions process.  I realize this is a stressful time in our prospective students’ lives so please know our Admissions staff and I are just a phone call, text, or email away!

Hello! I am originally from from Hardinsburg, KY and graduated from Breckinridge County High School. Upon graduation, I came to Brescia University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business: Emphasis in Management in 2010.

Now, not only did I earn my degree from Brescia, I have the opportunity to work here and share with prospective students what Brescia has to offer. As a student for four years and now entering my fourth travel season, starting out as an Admissions Counselor and now an Assistant Director of Admissions, Brescia has truly ‘made a difference’ in my life. As a student, faculty/staff cared about me and wanted to see me succeed. With small class sizes and one on one attention, Brescia was definitely the right fit for me. Brescia became my home away from home. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and walking my dog, Lexie.

The college search can be overwhelming, but we can help. If you have any questions, please feel free to call, email, or text me! Come check us out and experience for yourself ‘the difference’ Brescia can make for you!

I was born and raised in Owensboro, KY and plan to stay here all my life.  I attended Both Kentucky Wesleyan College and Brescia University and while I received my degree in Business from Kentucky Wesleyan I still feel I am a part of the Brescia family.  While playing baseball at Brescia I helped lead us to our only conference championship in school history as I was named Conference Player of the Year and Male Athlete of the Year for the KIAC in 2009.  While baseball is what brought me to Brescia, to this day my favorite part about the campus is the people and atmosphere.  From the moment I stepped on campus I felt welcomed by the baseball team, professors, students, and all others associated with our campus.  Where you attend college is such a big decision and can be a hard transition to make for some students.  At Brescia, I love the fact that the transition is made much smoother as everyone on campus helps to ensure each student’s success.  The relationships I built in my short time at Brescia are still as strong as ever today and that is why I encourage all students to apply and really give us a serious look.  Once you get to campus you will understand just how great the people and University are.

I am originally from Greenville, KY and attended Muhlenberg County High School. I graduated in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Studio Art.  During my four years at Brescia I served BU in a multitude of ways through numerous leadership roles. I chose Brescia University not only because it was close to home but I was able to play for Women’s Golf Team and helped lead the Lady Bearcats to the NAIA National Golf Championship in 2014. While playing golf I received the National Champion of Character for displaying exemplary character and sportsmanship on the golf course, on campus, and in the community that exemplify the core values of Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Sportsmanship and Servant Leadership and also received the Spirit of Saint Angela Merici Award.

This is my first year as an Admissions Counselor, but I was previously the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at BU so I am definitely not a stranger to the Brescia Difference. In my spare time, I am also employed by the City of Owensboro where I work at Ben Hawes Golf Course that is when I am not hitting the links myself. Brescia has made me apart of their family since I stepped foot on campus and I want to share the lifetime memories, experiences, opportunities, and the sense of community that BU has to offer for prospective students.
