In order for a student to have a federal subsidized or unsubsidized Stafford loan applied to their account, a student must complete both an Entrance Interview and a Master Promissory Note (MPN). By signing the MPN, you are promising to repay all loans borrowed under the note. In addition, students leaving or graduating from Brescia University must complete an Exit Interview.
